came back 4m beijing yesterday at 6 in the morning so tired
the triop was SO fun..hehe we went to a lot of places, Forbbidden City, Summer Place, Temple of Heaven, etc..

Its was so much fun, we went shopping, took SO MANY pics hehe. laughed alot, screamed alot...haha and just had a lot of time together. We learnt alot of new things and bout the culture there over in china. we learnt bout the habits of the chins ctudents there and we learnt alot bout how hardworking they all are. bout how discipline they are.

i also learnt tat we cant take things for likely. we as students cant always complain and one thing yur way. sometimes we hv to give and take. we all shld be happi with our life in sinagpore rite now. the ppl in china r poorer then us, but yet they r content with wat they hv in life. and so shld we.

now i will tell u wat we did for the 8 days we were in china

1st day: We arrived in china and check into our hotel and we to bed. (we arrived in china around 11+ but went to bed around 1+)

2nd day: We went to the Forbidden CityTian An Men Square, BeHai Park and Hutong sightseeing in Tricylces. I learnt the bulding structres of the Forbidden City and all the myth creatures they believed in and why.

3rd day: We went to the Summar Palace, where the Empress use to stay most of the time. Next we went for a boat ride along a river, where in ancient china only the Emperor and the Empress could travel on. Wen then swtich boats and it took us to the Beijing zoo, where we got to see the pandas. After seeing the pandas, we went to the Temple of Heaven, where the old Emperor would be sacrifced to the God of the Heavens. And on the very top, there was a stone plata, where if u stand on in and shout u can hear echos. After the temple of Heaven, we took a trip down to the Underground Tunnel, where we saw how silk blankets, pillowa, etc were made.We went for a little shopping and then headed for dinner and then back to the hotel.

4th day: We went to a muslim skool in Beijing, where we spent half a day there. We joined in 2 classes, their chinese class and their eng class. we saw how discipline the students were. And when they were told to read together, they realli read all together, no one was too fast nor too slow. It showed me tat they had unity. The students were veri attentive in class, when the teacher spoke, nobody spoke back or tok during the lesson. Next, we toured the skool and found out where they stayed, where they ate,etc. After tat, we went to Wangfujin Street, where out bragaing skills were put to the test. The Vendors were veri aggressive they would do anything to make u buy the product. After shopping, we had dinner and headed back to the hotel.

5th day: We went to the skool 4 the whole day. First, we went to a chinese riddle class, where we learnt how to solve and create chinese riddles, althought it was rather difficult to understand but it was an interesting lesson. After tat, we went for a pottery class, where we were taught how to make chains out of clay. Next we had PE, where the students from china VS the students from Bartley. We had 4 matches in total. 1: Boys Vs Boys 2. Girls VS Girls 3. Mixed VS Mixed 4. Mixed VS mixed. The first 2 matches we lost, due to the fact that we lacked unity. But the 3rd and the 4th match we wpn. As we realized tat only if we had teamwork, we can win!. After PE lesson, we had lunch. After tat, we had a fan making class, followed by a kite making class. Next we had a cross talk, it was damn funni. After tat, we had an exchanging of gifts. Then we had to leave. We had to say goodbye. Had dinner and then headed back to the hotel.

6th day: We went to the Grat Wall of China.Starting out, it was rather easy. but as we carried on climbing, it got harder and harder, until i thought of giving up. But through the help of frens, I MADE IT TO THE VERI TOP!! yea!!! After, climbing down from the Great Wall, we went to the Ming Tomb, where 13 of the Emperors and Empress where buried. it was a pity tat the bodys were destroyed during the Culture Revloution. After visiting the Ming Tomb, we went for lunch. After lunch, we went shopping. And then headed back to the hotel.

7th day: We went to Macro Polo Bridge. And to the memorial hall deticated to the soilders and people who died during WW2. After Macro Polo Bridge, we went to an ink factory owned by one of your student's parent. We learnt bout the indusrty, wat ink is, etc. We had a tour of the factory and learnt how ink is made. After, the tour, we were treated to dinner. After dinner, we headed to the airport and said goodbye to China and the tour guide Jack.And ello to home sweet home, Singapore! Our flight was 11.25.to 6.10.

This is wat happen thought the entire trip..hehe veri long i noe but i am happi to hv gone for the trip as i leant many new things and new cluture and habits of other ppl.
